How to find us

To find the hotel by road take the A12 to Ipswich and join the A14 to Felixstowe. Joining the A154 on the Felixstowe and Walton by-pass ( Candlet Road) from the first roundabout.

At the second roundabout take the A1021 into Grove Road and at the third roundabout take the third exit, Beatrice Avenue.

At the fourth roundabout, take the second exit (straight over) into Hamilton Road and the hotel is immediately on your left .
